In my pursuit of truth, I have never bothered about consistency in what I speak. In this exploration, I have changed many of my beliefs, embraced new ideas. One thing that has been deeply embedded in me is that moral integrity is the foundation of a human being, and truth is the cornerstone of every moral principle.

What do I want to achieve? What am I striving for? What has been my goal for the last 30 years? In one word, I can say - Self-Realization!

My life is my message.

In simplicity lies the entire glory of the world!

Living together is human's natural state, and living together is not possible without cordiality, harmony and truth.

Forsake friends, wife and all; but testify to that for which you have lived and for which you have to die. I want to live my full span of life. And for me I put my span of life at 120 years. By that time India will be free, the world will be free.

Ours is not a drive for power, but purely a non-violent fight for India's independence.

Truth alone will endure, all the rest will be swept always in the tide of Time.

Struggle for justice builds your character; unity brings forth our strength. Our tolerance and sacrifice is also tested. Always remember, your future is to some extent in your own hands.

What the country needs most at the present moment is a spirit of self-sacrifice on the part of our educated young men, and they may take it from me that they cannot spend their lives in a better cause than raising the moral and intellectual level of their unhappy low castes and promoting their well being.
